At W for Woman, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring all price tags and quality seals remain intact for a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality assessment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
